When You Feel Alone in a Crowd
Here's what your heart tries to tell you.
Hey, my friend,
Sometimes we can feel lonely even when there are a lot of people around us.
You might be talking, laughing, or spending time with others, and still feel like no one truly understands what is going on inside you.
That is called subjective loneliness.
It is less about being alone and more about feeling like your thoughts and feelings are not being noticed or shared.
It can appear out of nowhere in the middle of a busy day.
There could be several reasons behind this feeling, but most often it comes from wanting a connection that feels real and missing it.
My friend, feeling that way does not mean anything is wrong with you.
It just shows that you care about being understood, and that is completely natural.
This feeling can also tell you which people or conversations make your heart feel alive and which leave you feeling empty.
Hence, paying attention to it can help you choose how to spend your time and who to spend it with.
So, the next time this feeling creeps in, try to notice it closely and reach out to somebody who understands you well instead of neglecting your feelings.
I hope you’ll keep that in mind, my friend.
Wishing you a wonderful and blessed day ahead.
That is it for today, and see you tomorrow.
Take care,
Prasad Mairale
