Water the Good Stuff
Because what you focus on, grows, my friend.
Every day, you have a choice. Either you can water your worries…Or you can water your joys.
I understand, it’s easy to get caught up in what’s missing, what’s wrong, or what’s not happening fast enough in your life.
But the truth is, worrying and overthinking cannot change your situation.
Instead, giving it proper attention and taking actionable steps can surely change it.
What you give energy to will grow.
So today, instead of overthinking what’s not going right—
Try asking yourself: What’s already good? What feels peaceful? Who or what makes me feel alive?
I know it is easier said than done, hence I want you to make a simple list of 3 things you want to water in your life right now.
It could be your creative side, finances, your health, relationships or even your rest.
Then do one small thing to show it love, like:
🎨 If you want to water your creativity:
–Write one paragraph about something fun.
– Doodle without a goal.
– Take photos of the ordinary beauty around you.
💸 If you want to water your finances:
– Check your spending from the past 3 days.
– Move $5 to savings.
– Unsubscribe from one thing you don’t use.
💛 If you want to water your relationships:
–Send a kind message to someone you love.
– Call a friend just to check in.
– Write a short note of appreciation.
