Not Feeling Like Doing Anything?

This might be the reminder you need.

Hey, my friend,

Some days, all you can do is get out of bed, brush your teeth, and maybe answer one message, no?

You don’t feel productive or inspired to do anything but just feel tired, quiet, maybe even a little numb.

And that’s okay.

There’s nothing wrong with days like this as they’re part of being human.

We all have them, even if most people don’t talk about them out loud.

But just because a day is slow, quiet, or low-energy doesn’t mean it’s a bad one, and it doesn’t mean you failed.

Hence, on such days, the most honest thing you can do is give what little you have, and let that be enough.

You see, taking care of yourself doesn’t always look like progress, my friend.

It can also look like taking rest and doing the bare minimum, and choosing not to shame yourself for it.

So, today, if that’s where you are, I hope you can let yourself be there without judgment.

Don’t be too hard on yourself and know that you don’t have to be at your best to be worthy of kindness.

Even from yourself, my friend.
