Need a Hand?

It is okay to ask for help, my friend.

Hey, my friend,

Today, I want to talk with you about something that many people struggle with, even though they don’t often say it out loud. It’s the act of asking for help.

I know asking for help sounds simple, but when you’re the one carrying a heavy heart, it can feel like the hardest thing in the world.

Sometimes, we’re told that we should always be strong, that we should handle things on our own, and not bother others with our problems.

But the truth is, nobody was meant to go through everything alone; even the strongest people need support sometimes.

My friend, there’s real courage in saying, “I need help.” It’s a brave thing to admit that you’re tired or hurting.

It shows that you’re human and that you’re honest about what you feel. And, it takes strength to be that open, especially when you’re used to being the one who always gives.

Asking for help is not something to be ashamed of. It’s a way to take care of yourself, and it’s also a way to invite love and kindness into your life.

The people who care about you may not always have the perfect words, but they will show up if you let them. They will listen, they will care, and they will do their best to remind you that you are not alone.

So, if you’ve been feeling a little lost or overwhelmed lately, this is your gentle reminder that it’s okay to reach out. You can start by sending a message to a trusted friend or calling someone who has always made you feel safe.

Let them know how you’re feeling, even if your voice shakes a little. You don’t have to explain everything, just let them in.

Know that you are not a burden, you are not too much, you are simply a person who deserves care, just like anyone else, my friend.

You don’t have to go through the hard days on your own. There is a quiet strength in allowing someone to walk beside you.

I hope you remember this the next time you feel like staying silent. You matter, your feelings matter, and you are allowed to ask for help whenever you need it.

So, don’t hesitate and reach out. And, if you don’t have anyone who can listen to you, please feel free to reply to this email and share your burdens.

I’ll make sure to keep you in my prayers, my friend.

Have a wonderful day and see you tomorrow.

Take care,
Prasad Mairale
