Nature Is Waiting For You
Take your heart for a walk today 💛
Hey, my friend,
It’s Saturday, and I’m proud of you for making it through the week.
Before you get started with your weekend plans, I want you to spare a few minutes for something.
Just a few minutes to look back and notice the good stuff from this week.
And, trust me, once you do, you might be surprised by how much light there is, even in a busy or messy week.
So, here’s a simple 3-step way to find the good:
1. Remember one small thing that made you smile this week.
It could be a kind message, a good meal, or even a sunny day.
2. Think of one thing you did well, even if it felt small.
Like getting out of bed on a hard day, finishing a task, or being patient.
3. Choose one thing that you’re thankful for this week.
It can be a person, a moment, or something you're looking forward to.
Write these 3 things down.
I know it’s sort of a task, but it will only take a minute, and will help your brain remember the good.
When you do this every week, it slowly builds a more positive mindset, like planting seeds that grow into joy.
So take that small step today, and let’s get started to find good moments even in messy weeks.
