My Week With Daily Yes

The food, the phone, and everything in between

Hey, my friend,

Last Friday, we talked about the Daily Yes, and I wanted to share how my own week went with it.

One yes that felt good was choosing more protein-rich foods.

I picked eggs, lentils, milk, and simple home meals more often.

I did not plan too much, but just tried to make a better choice when I noticed.

And, it helped me feel fuller, and my days felt easier to handle. I was not as tired as I usually am.

There was another yes that I noticed too. I kept staying up late and scrolling on my phone without realizing how long I was there.

At that time, it felt normal and relaxing. But the next morning, I felt sleepy and slow, and it was harder to start my day.

So that was my week. One yes that supported me and one yes that did not.
