Let’s Make Monday Better
Choose one fun thing and give yourself something to smile about

Hey, my friend,
The weekend just ended, and now it is Monday, and it always feels a little hard to switch back after two days of rest.
You wake up, and suddenly there are a ton of things to do, messages to answer, and plans to follow.
It can feel like the week is long even before it really starts.
That is why I want to share something simple with you today. It is called the good dream plan.
It is about choosing one small fun thing for the weekend, so you have something nice to look forward to while you go through the week.
Why? I mean, why not, my friend?
You see, most of the time, we plan our work and our tasks, but we forget to plan our happiness.
Then the days start to feel like they are only about finishing things, and having a good dream plan changes that.
It adds something personal to your week and gives you a reason to smile when you think about what is coming.
And, your days feel more balanced because they are not only about responsibility but are also about caring for yourself.
And, this does not have to be anything fancy or big.
You could just plan to get your favorite food, watch a movie you love, go for ice cream, visit a bookstore, call someone you enjoy talking to, or spend time doing something you have been putting off because you were busy.
The only rule is that it should be something that feels good to you.
So today, make your Good dream plan for the coming weekend.
Pick one thing for this weekend that you can look forward to.
Write it down or say it out loud, and then reply and tell me about it if you feel comfortable. I would really love to hear about it.
