If You Are Rested But Still Feel Tired
This might explain what your body and heart are trying to say

Hey, my friend,
Sometimes you can do all the right things and still feel worn out.
You rest, sleep, and try to slow down, yet the tiredness stays, and it can leave you wondering what you missed.
This kind of tired does not come from a long to-do list.
It comes from carrying things on the inside for longer than you realize.
And, this is a kind of burnout is really easy to miss, my friend.
Because your days look normal, and you get things done like usual, but the excitement behind it is gone.
All you feel now is being low on energy and emotional space.
This happens because of holding thoughts, feelings, and expectations without letting them out.
Doing so can wear a person down in a way that rest alone cannot fix.
And when this happens, it can feel really confusing because nothing feels “bad enough” to explain it, right?
So, you tell yourself that you should be fine or that others have it harder.
But feeling this way does not mean you are ungrateful or weak, my friend.
It means you have been strong for a long time without checking in on what that strength has been costing you.
And, I want you to know that there is nothing wrong with you.
This feeling is not a failure, and it is not a sign that you are falling behind.
It is simply your inner world asking to be noticed and cared for, and you are allowed to listen.
