I Know, What They Did Was Wrong
But holding onto those feelings and memories is not a solution.
Hey, my friend.
I hope you’re doing well and your week was well spent.
If your answer is no then feel free to reply to this post and I’ll pray for your physical and mental well-being.
Talking about mental well-being, last night I was having a conversation with one of my friends and he was feeling kinda down.
Upon asking why he told me the reason.
It was some personal conflict that happened months ago that was making him feel sad again and again.
And, the person who was the main culprit and hurt him had over it already and living their best life.
But my guy over here was just making himself feel bad and affecting his life.
Now I’m not saying that it is bad to feel sad and cry. I do that too.
But sticking to that feeling of sadness is definitely bad.
It costs you your precious energy, time and your mental well-being.
And, hold you back from living life and doing the things you love.
So, to avoid that please forgive all of those situations, feelings and people that take away your smile and your desire to live.
Just forgive them not because they were right or you accepted your defeat but because you deserve to feel light, my friend.
Choose yourself, and inner your peace and let go of all those feelings that make you feel bad about yourself.
You’ve suffered and held onto this hurt for too long, my friend. Now it is time, to let go of those feelings and people and move on.
I know it is easy to say but hard to do but trust me once you do, you’ll see, how forgiveness can bring you peace and set you free, my friend.
And, I’m sure you’ll be able to do it. I’m keeping you in my prayers.
Thank you for reading.
And, as I always say, stay healthy, be happy and keep smiling, shining, and doing what you love.
Peace.
