Create What You Feel
And express your thoughts, my friend.
Hey, my friend,
Let’s be honest, most of us were never really taught how to sit with our feelings, let alone what to do with them.
We’re great at distracting ourselves, pushing through, “being fine.” But what if we gave our emotions a softer way out?
What if, instead of bottling things up or spiraling, we let ourselves just create?
Not to make something perfect but to make something real.
So, here’s a little task for you this weekend:
Use 5–10 minutes to creatively express what you want more of in your life.
This is your moment to reconnect with yourself.
If you crave peace → draw something that feels calm.
If you long for joy → write a silly sentence or doodle with bright colors.
If you want clarity → list out your scattered thoughts without judgment.
Remember, the goal isn’t to create art, but it’s to give your emotions a safe place to land, outside your head and onto a page.
